what exactly is keto I've put on 60 lbs and I can't lose it I've been 120lbs since I was 12 now I'm 40 and pushing 180 it's depressing lol

Keto is actualy a diet based on eating food low in carbohydrates! The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates, and that means if there is very low carb level in your body, it will burn the other "fuel" and that is your fat! Some healthy foods to eat on a keto(genic) diet are : seafood, cheese, avocado, meats and poultry, eggs, coconut oil, etc. Good luck in reaching your goal weight!

Going to start in January. Never tried this diet and very excited. Had 2 friends loose loads and it's inspired me to go for it. Difficult in December with all the festive celebrations. Wish me luck! Good luck to all of u too 💓
