Such a good question. Lean protein (eggs, chicken) and fiber (kale, spinach) always keep me satisfied for several hours!

I usually eat fruits like watermelons and apples, the water in them fills me up. I would suggest peanut butter or almond butter. you could also try oats, chia seeds, or any nuts or seeds.
