How do I use the nutritional calculator on recipes that I create myself?

Hi bluebirdkn77 ! Great question! Sometimes our machine learning model doesn't recognize every ingredient instantly. In this case our curation team goes in and manually map ingredient. You can easily see if we haven't understood ingredient - ingredient image is missing. If you try to write it some other way it might work even without waiting on our team. We mapped it and soon your nutrition will appear on a recipe. Also please make sure to add the quantity for the sweetener. Hope this helps!
