Can you change the health score to set your own nutritional needs?

Often I'll see a meal that has a high health score, and then I'll look at the nutritional info and it'll have a lot of fat in it, a lot of sugar, etc. Or I'll have it the other way around, a meal has a low health score due to all the carbs, but I need high carbs. Is it possible to have the health score rate the meal based off my diet?

I've often wanted the same thing, I don't think you can though. I think they have it set to follow the USDA--which we all know comes with some issues and limitations.

I wish, eggs have such a malus because of the cholesterol even though it was proven that egg cholesterol isn't bad
