I am in the military and on a navy ship at the moment and food is always prepared for us Brakefast - fry up or cerals Lunch- all depends but something with fries / jacket potato / cold counter which has pasta in mayo or pesto ect and pastrys

Evening meal - for just cooked in oil don't really know what's in it What would be the best option here for my self looking to get lean and get stronger ?

I think stick to cereals for breakfast buddy as this will help keep fats a little lower, this might be the easiest time to monitor this as evening meals and lunches are less flexible. Lunch try to go with potato, rice, fries rather than the pastry or heavy cream based sauces / mayo. Myabe can top up lunch with fruit / nuts / bar after? With snacks maybe you can try to use protein powder / take oats on board with you mixed with flaxseed and dried fruit and nuts. This way at least you can make sure these are nutrient dense and give you a good amount of protein
