I am in the military and on a navy ship at the moment and food is always prepared for us Brakefast - fry up or cerals Lunch- all depends but something with fries / jacket potato / cold counter which has pasta in mayo or pesto ect and pastrys
Evening meal - for just cooked in oil don't really know what's in it
What would be the best option here for my self looking to get lean and get stronger ?
