Sous vide! It's super popular in South Korea - where there are many sous-vide-chicken restaurants and they sell it in some supermarkets as well. Here in the UK - I make it myself - super easy and AMAZINGLY tender.

for me its roasting it, but in that case the marinating process is as important as the roasting itself 🍗
