What are high and low Fodmap foods?

The list is very extensive and usually depends on certain factors such as portion size. For example, a ripe banana is considered "low FODMAP" at a 1/3 banana serve, but high FODMAP if you consume a whole portion. Monarch University has developed an app with extensive information regarding FODMAPs. I'd suggest starting there, it's a great source of information for people starting out with low-FODMAP.

That would be Monash (not Monarch) University (in Australia). I use it to check portions in green. They have a huge range of foods that have been tested and I believe it is being updated regularly.
