I don't know this recipe, but different people's idea of servings differ. When you drill down on the health score by tapping on the bars, you see that one serving provides 1/3 your daily protein requirement but more than that of saturated fat and sodium. This is actually a tool I use to find my own ideal serving size, but that's a personal equation. Just understand that changing the servings doesn't affect the health score, but obviously will affect how many calories and the amounts of each component consumed. It's easy to scale the recipe, and you can also edit and change the number of servings, although that would effectively "divorce" it from this recipe. You just have to decide what works for you.
