you would basically incorporate avocados, coconut oils, macadamia nuts, those are good things for fat. of course you have to avoid the starchy Veggies like beans and peas,
carrots can be high carb.
fruits only small amounts of berries.
but I think if you use the oils and nuts I mentioned you'd be full and satisfied.
