Keto & veganism

Is it possible for a vegan to start a keto diet, and how difficult would that be? I hope that there is someone in this community who can share their experience on this topic :)

yes its totally possible. I'm not Vegan but dr berry, Thomas delauer, and Bobby flavcity on YouTube all have Vega guides. you would basically incorporate avocados, coconut oils, macadamia nuts, those are good things for fat. of course you have to avoid the starchy Veggies like beans and peas, carrots can be high carb. fruits only small amounts of berries. but I think if you use the oils and nuts I mentioned you'd be full and satisfied. occasionally I'll do a meatless meal some of the things I'll make for that meal is Buffalo cauliflower I use coconut oil and turmeric with Buffalo sauce, cabbage cakes, portobello mushrooms,
