What salad toppers do you use to add extra crunch?

Trader Joe's Cheese Bites if I'm replacing croutons. Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts to put in salads

Kimchi Daikon radish cubes. It's spicy and a has satisfying crunch to it. Hardly any calories. I buy it in my local asain supermarket in the UK (starrymart).

I love chopped roasted peanuts or pistachios but they are more expensive

Toasted almonds that I chop up after! Although I've been meaning to try to recreate my favorite salad bar's "quinoa crispies"...
