How to teach a baby to like savory and sweet foods?

I would like to avoid getting my baby used to like only sweet or savory foods. Any advice on how to learn my baby to like different flavors?

As per my experience before they start to walk they eat everything what you offer and you will feel like super mom 😎and wonder what the others are complaining about...πŸ˜„ as they start walking they becoming more independent and more picky. When they are growing they are understanding their likes and dislikes, they will eat when they're hungry, so I think that consistently giving them different foods and in different forms is a good way. So for that, Have family meals, let the baby sit with the the family, give them what you are eating. Let them see that you are eating it too. So they can also start with pretty bland foods and then start to accept various spices as well. πŸ™‚

We did mainly savoury foods until 13 months. This meant she knew what flavours she liked. Then when she became pickier she would still eat veg like carrots, peas, mash, broccoli etc. However she completely went off any sauce or dishes cooked in sauce and any type of beans. But there are lots of none sauce recipes so all is well. This worked for us but every child is different.
