Choux au craquelin AKA cream puffs

Did anyone here try to make Choux au craquelin or cream puffs? I am in love with these sweet puffs. I've tried to make them last weekend but failed, but I am not giving up :)

Thanks Madeleine. The puffs didn't rise when I baked them. They stayed flatten. I think that the lower crust was ok but I somehow messed up the upper dough. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It takes a bit of finesse when whipping them up but keep trying... Havent made them in years but we were just talking about making them this xmas.
