Which recipes do you use for large scale outdoor cooking?

We go out camping in large groups (30-60 people), and I've been appointed to do the cooking for us all. Trying to find inspiring ideas for large scale meals to break the routine - any idea is welcome!

60 people!!! I hope you have a big pan! Bjt on a serious note,, some more info could help - do you bring a gas grill out for a BBQ or are you relying on campfire pits? some element of DIY could be helpful here (sandwiches or tacos). I also think making sturdy things ahead of time if you have space can help! Hearty salads, marinated beans, etc. I love to freeze premade breakfast sandwiches
