Sweetener that tastes exactly like sugar?

Hi, do you know any sweetener that tastes exactly like sugar for baking? I've tried erythritol and xylitol - the sweetness is there, but somehow the taste is very different compared to using regular sugar.

The closet I’ve tasted is Swerve. They have white sugar substitute comparable to sugar, brown sugar substitute comparable to brown sugar and powdered sugar substitute comparable to confectioners sugar. The true litmus test for me is if you can bake with it or put it in your coffee without a bitter aftertaste. These sugar substitutes pass these tests for me. Also, King Arthur Flour has a decent sugar substitute for baking. I’ve not tried it but I hear good things as well about their sugar substitute if you don’t have gastrointestinal issues. Hope this helps.

Stevia is a good alternative but a bit sweeter
