What's your favorite way to brew coffee?

Mine is Chemex pour over. Close second is with moka pot.

I love moka pots, but I made a mess of my kitchen several times while using them! I actually use an aeropress - it makes a really nice espresso + its small and compact! Can you tell me more about Chemex pour over? What are its advantages?

ooh great suggestion @alex. this got me so curious that I did a little research and found that the aeropress is faster, great for traveling, and better for espresso lovers. Chemex tends to take twice as long, but leaves a more nuanced flavor and looks more stylish 😉

Cold Brew! I normally drink it black, it is so refreshing.

I normally put in 7 grams of coffee per cup and let it sit on the counter over night and then chill. I've haven't found a coffee ground that I am in love with yet but the technique seems to work.

no problem @Jacklyn! I even have the aeropress GO which is a smaller version and ideal for travel or camping. The only thing Im not so happy about is that I have to use filters... I guess its the same with a Chemex - Im not a big fan of the paper taste it adds to my coffee. So I did a little digging and found a filterless pour over called "Pure over" - I think I might give that a go 👀

For a long time I was doing vietnamese style using phin. But it was good only with vietnamese coffee :)
