Nuts - i go through so many nuts since they're one of the few snacky things i can eat, avocado, olive oil, nut butters. Usually i replace any butter with olive oil in savory dishes and with nut butters like peanut in desserts. Also, a good source of fats is fish like salmon. I also din't shy away from animal meats like beef or pork, as long as it's a lean cut and the portion is moderate
