This is by far one of my favorite pies! It is super easy to make and extremely smooth, flavorful, creamy and honestly one of the best chocolate cream pies you will ever try. I have used it for pie contests and placed, company events as well as family holidays and everyone who tries it loves it. Of course I do not tell them that it has tofu in it until after they try it :).
