Easy Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake

Super quick and easy! This is so perfect for when you have a sweet tooth, and want something hassle free.

Came out really liquid even after 3 minutes threw it away

Absolutely delicious.

Cook 1:30 for gooey cake and 1:40 for fully well done cake.

This was delicious. I have a wicked sweet tooth so I mixed some chocolate chips into it prior to microwaving and then a little dab of chocolate frosting on top once it had cooled some. Followed other comments and used only 1 tablespoon of oil. Definitely will make again.

Enjoying with ice cream.

This is very rich. I found the oil to be a bit much, so on subsequent bakes I've reduced to 1.5T. I use imitation vanilla, so I just use much more than the recipe states and add no water. I need to buy vanilla ice cream as that would be truly decadent. I sprinkle chocolate chips on this. Needs 2 minutes.

Add chocolate chips little swirl of peanut butter and some ice cream and it was 😋😋😋

Cooked for 1:30. Could probably cook for 1:00 and have a great lava cake!!

This was delicious and very rich. Super easy and quick, would make again. Added a sprinkle of chocolate chips and a drizzle of PB. It looks a little gooey when you first take it out but if you stick a toothpick in it you'll see it's done. Don't over bake them, they'll collapse.

Needs to be cooked for close to 2 minutes. I added mini chocolate chips and toffee bits. It has a bit of a chewy consistency, but very tasty, especially when it's partially undercooked.
