Favorite Chocolate Buttercream

Buttercream frosting was amazing leave the 2 sticks of butter on a counter for about an hour. It should be unsalted. Ended up adding a pinch more salt to the frosting. Also I added the dry ingredients slowly into the bowl.

Delicious, with the right amount of chocolatey flavour without being too sweet. Piped wonderfully, and was enough for a dozen cupcakes with a little bit left over.

Only buttercream I've ever liked
