Cinnamon Rosemary Simple Syrup Instructions
Step 1
Pour water, honey, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks into a small saucepan and heat until honey is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a low simmer for about 8 minutes.

Allow the simple syrup to cool.
Old Fashioned Instructions
Step 3
First add bitters to your glass. Add in your bourbon and stir.
Step 4
Next pour two tablespoons of your cinnamon rosemary simple syrup and stir.
Step 5
Express the orange peel around the glass and drop the peel into the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
