Instructions
Step 1
Pour the heavy cream into a large mixing bowl or your Kitchenaid mixer and whip on high until it becomes whipped cream (this takes about 10-15 minutes).
Step 2
Stir in your sweetened condensed milk & pumpkin pie mix.
Step 3
Slowly stir in half of the graham cracker crumbs & all of the marshmallow creme. You don't want to over mix.
Step 4
Pour half of your ice cream mix into a container & sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top. This will give you nice scoops packed with graham cracker crumbles.
Step 5
Pour the remaining mix. Cover & freeze. Normally it takes about 5-6 hours to freeze completely.
