Special occasion

I don’t like pie typically, but I loved this. It’s creamy and sweet but not too sweet and the raspberry coating tastes fresh and delicious. I hate pie crust and I have to say this pie crust was very tolerable. Also looked surprisingly similar to the photo which is usually not the case, pleasantly surprised and will make it again.
