Inspired by a very popular drink at a very popular coffee chain. This version of the beverage includes a homemade Chai spice and a touch of vanilla.

Chai Spice Blend
Step 1
Combine all spices in a small bowl.

Step 2
Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the bottom of an espresso cup. Pull a double shot of espresso over the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Give it a stir so the brown sugar melts.
Step 3
Pour the espresso into a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Add the Chai spice blend and 1 cup of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and combined.
Step 4
Fill a cup with the remaining 1 cup of ice. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice. Fill the rest of the glass with Milkadamia or the milk of your choice. Stir to combine.
