Instructions

Step 1
If needed, soak the chestnuts in water for about an hour.
Step 2
Pan-fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until glossy.
Step 3
Blend 100g lentils, mushrooms, chestnuts, spices and one teaspoon olive oil.
Step 4
Mix the paste together with the rest of the lentils, flaxseeds, flour, onion and garlic.
Step 5
Transfrom the paste into a baking tray laid with a baking paper.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.

cranberry sauce

Step 7
Blend or cook the ingredients in the saucepan for about 5 minutes.
