1 packageschicken with barbecue sauce
Pulled
low carb tortillas
1can cream of chicken soup
5 ozChicken stock
2cans green chilies
1 blocklow-fat cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Toast tortillas in a pan on low to low/medium heat
Step 3
In the skillet, combine cream of chicken, 1/2 can of chicken stock and whisk. Add in 2 cans of green chilies and one block of cream cheese. Melt everything together and stir.
Step 4
In the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish, lay some of the white sauce on the bottom. Then take a tortilla and add the pulled pork barbecue and some white sauce. Roll it up and place in the baking dish. Once all tortillas are in the baking dish, cover the top with the rest of the white sauce.
Step 5
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes, uncovered.
