Instructions
Step 1
Shred your zucchini and add salt; set aside. After ten minutes, drain water from the zucchini.
Step 2
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, zucchini, parsley and black pepper. Slowly add the almond flour until fully combined.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
Step 4
Form into small patties and place them on the preheated Air Fryer mesh in a single layer. Brush with avocado oil.
Step 5
Cook for 8 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they are crispy.
Step 6
Serve with your favorite dip!
