In the first step, chop the chocolate into small pieces.

Whisk the egg yolks together with the milk. Then heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly. It is important that the milk is not allowed to simmer!

Take the saucepan off the heat and melt the chopped chocolate in it.
Step 5
Let the chocolate cool completely.
Step 6
Whip the cream. Now fold in the melted chocolate mixture. Pour the mousse into glasses and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
