Who doesn't love a good pickle! This was my first time making pickles and definitely won't be the last. It's a simple recipe with no fancy equipment needed. Just a jar and all your ingredients. Great starter recipe to then build upon as you perfect your pickle game!

Step 1
In your jar, place half of your parsley, garlic and old bay seasoning to the bottom.

Add your sliced cucumbers. Make sure you do not over fill the jar.

Add remaining parsley, garlic and old bay, along with sugar, salt, peppercorns, and white vinegar.

Whole Peppercorns¼ tsp
distilled white vinegar3 Tbsp

Step 4
Fill the remaining space with water until 1 inch from the top.

Seal lid tight, shake and store in fridge for 12 hours.
Step 6
After 12 hours, give it another shake. Flip upside down (make sure lid is tight), and store in fridge for another 12 hours. Pickles will be ready to enjoy after!
