Slowcooker Creamy Chicken, Chorizo & Sundried Tomato Pasta ๐๐
Three steps and ONE POT๐๐ปA brand new version of my most popular recipe EVER. This was my first viral recipe, I last posted it when I had about 40,000 followers so let me reintroduce you. I hope you love it as much as I do ๐คค
1. To your Slowcooker add
- 3 x chicken breasts
- 100g cooked chorizo
- 2 tbsp pesto I used sundried tomato ๐
- Handful of sundried tomatoes, think mine were
- 5 x sliced garlic cloves
- 150ml of chicken stock
- Tsp basil ๐
2. Cook on high for 2.5 hours then add 350g dry penne pasta ๐ with 500ml of chicken stock. - Cook again on high for 45 minutes, if you can stir after 30 minutes do so.
3. Stir in 250ml of double cream & spinach, I used
and stir for a few minutes
The spinach will wilt really quickly, then pop in your bowls and top with Parmesan if you want. Recipe serves 4
