Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or use cupcake liners
Mash banana (I used 1 large)
Mix banana, oats, egg, baking powder, vanilla water and protein powder
Stir in blueberries
Fill Cups (it made 6 for me)
Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes, then 375 degrees for another 12 minutes
