Instructions

Step 1
Place wings inside ziplock bag and add enough oil, salt, pepper and a dash of paprika to season well. Add lime juice. Let it marinate for a few hours, best overnight.
Step 2
Preheat pellet grill to 280 Farenheit. After it preheats, place wings on grill skin side up, making sure grate is open all the way. Cook for 1 hour.
Step 3
After the initial hour flip the wings (skin side down) moving the char ones to edges and rotating the other ones to the middle. Leave and additional 30 mins.
Step 4
When wings have 15 mins left, start the sauce. In a sauce pan melt stick of butter, then add buffalo sauce.
Step 5
Remove wings from grill and place in large bowl. Pour sauce over and mix well. Serve!
