Instructions

Step 1
Beat the eggs in a bowl along with salt and roughly the same volume of milk and/or water.
Step 2
Pour into a deep bowl or dish. Dot around in the mixture the prawns and cubed tofu.
Step 3
Cover and steam for around 15 mins.
Step 4
Garnish with spring onions, garlic, and chilli if using. Pour over sizzling hot oil to release the fragrance. Drizzle with seasoned soy sauce and serve.
