1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspdark soy sauce
1 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbspshaoxing
1 Tbspsugar
1 Tbspyellow bean paste
1 Tbspblack bean paste

Instructions
Step 1
Heat up your pan, add oil, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the mince and fry until browned. Add douban and fry until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the sauce along with some water with the cornstarch dissolved in. The water should just submerge the mince.
Step 3
Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat so it’s bubbling. Cook for a further 5-10mins until the sauce has reduced and thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Step 4
Serve with cooked spaghetti or noodles and shredded cucumber.
