Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar and palm sugar into one bowl
Step 2
Melt some butter until it become brown in color, let it cool but not until it solidify
Step 3
Pour liquid butter to the sugar mixture and mix it with spatula evenly
Step 4
Cracks some eggs and throw it to the sugar and butter mixture, throw some salt and vanilla essence. Mix it evenly
Step 5
Combine flour, maize and baking powder in one bowl, and sieve the mixture to prevent clumps. After that throw it to the sugar mixture and mix it slowly. Pour the flour mixture little by little.
Step 6
Mix the mixture until it thickens and forms a dough. Throw some chocolate chips, done and dusted
Step 7
Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour, and after that you can form the dough and insert the chocolate before baking
Step 8
Bake the cookie 150 Celcius for 15 minute or depend on the size of the dough
Step 9
Take the cookie out and enjoy:)
