Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour and baking soda. In separate bowl cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Alternate adding flour and milk until thoroughly combined. Add frozen orange juice and mix thoroughly
Step 2
Bake at 350°f for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3
While cookies cool combine butter, powdered sugar and frozen orange juice to make icing. Add water or powdered sugar as necessary to thin or thicken. Ice cool cookies and enjoy
