Instructions

Step 1
1. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat/whisk well. Season as preferred . Set aside. 2. Dice all veggies and spray a pan with olive or avocado oil and sauté. When veggies are almost done add in the cooked chopped brisket to warm. Season as preferred. 3. Spray cooking oil into 1 and 1/2 muffin pans. You will have enough mixture to bake 18 muffins. 4. Evenly divide the beaten eggs into 18 muffin slots. Then put a tablespoon of meat & veggie mixture into each one. Last divide cheese evenly over the top. Bake in oven until done. Let cool completely before refrigerating.
