Instructions
Step 1
Make sure you label your bags!
Step 2
Put all in your labeled freezer bag and place in the freezer.
Step 3
Place into the crockpot ( can be thawed or frozen) and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve over rice.
