Sweet Potato, Sausage, Kale Bake

Step 1

Preheat 375F. Spray pie pan

Step 2

Cook sausage and sweet potatoes.

Step 3

Press 1/4 cup hash browns to pie pan. Layer cheese, kale, corn. Top with sausage mixture and remaining hash browns.

Step 4

Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over top of pie plate. Bake 45 minutes.
