Instructions
Step 1
Chicken -- marinate overnight. cook at 350 degrees for 20-22 mins. Let it rest on counter for 5 mins.
Tofu -- squeeze out water. Fry in wok.
Step 2
Eggplant = air fryer 400 degrees for 15 mins
Green Beans = air fryer 380 degrees for 8 mins (4m + toss + 4m)
Brussel Sprouts = air fryer 375 degrees for 8 mins (4m + toss + 4m)
Step 3
Couscous -- Bring water to boil. Add couscous + some salt. Reduce to simmer and let sit for 15 mins.
