Cheery-O Cream Cheese Pie

JHomemade Cherry Glaze: In a small saucepan, blend together 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. Drain cherry juice from a (1-pound) can of pitted sour cherries into sugar mixture, bring to a boil, reduce and cook until mixture is thickened. Add food coloring if desired and stir in cherries. Allow to cool completely before adding to top of chilled pie. Makes about 1 cup.

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, beat cream cheese until light & fluffy. Gradually add sweetened milk & stir until well blended. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla.
Step 2
Turn into crust.
Step 3
Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Garnish with chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
