Instructions

Step 1
Sauté the onions in a little oil in a pan. Add garlic, cook until fragrant, then add the beef. Cook until nicely browned.
Step 2
Mix together the taco seasonings in a bowl.
Step 3
Make up a cornstarch slurry by dissolving it well in some water.
Step 4
Add the seasoning and slurry to the beef. Mix well and simmer for a few mins until liquid is reduced.
