3 tspcottage cheese
1 Tbsphemp seeds
1 tspsesame seeds
1 tspdried goji berries

Instructions
Step 1
Greeck yoghurt as the bed, sprinkle caramel, then add the watermelon. Pour some kefir over to taste and cheese, sprinkle with caramel, seeds. Finish with goji and mint. Don't wait, enjoy!
