This cake is delicious and moist! We enjoyed it with a slather of cream cheese 😋
This was perfect for a get together with friends. I made it the night before so it had plenty of time to cool.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Cream the butter and sugar till it’s fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Once combined, mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Add in the salt and baking powder and mix.
Add the flour and thoroughly combine. Spray your Bundt pan with MCT oil and dust with flour. Spoon batter in the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the crown of the cake. Cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar.
Cut and serve!
