Instructions

Step 1
Add finely chopped raw broccoli and grated carrot and zucchini to a bowl and mix.
Step 2
And cheese, eggs and herbs and mix until all vegetables are coated.
Step 3
Add the flour and garlic powder and stir until well combined.
Step 4
Spoon mixture into frypan with olive oil and cook like pancakes, making sure to flatten the centre when you flip. Cook until golden and cooked through.
