Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
Step 2
Grate apple into an oven / microwave safe bowl. (We used our Suckie Scoop Plate to make and serve this as its microwave and oven safe up to 220 degrees celcius)
Step 3
Add water and cinnamon to apple.
Step 4
Grate carrot on top of apple mixture
Step 5
Mix together, pat down flat into the bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
Step 6
Make the crumble by combining melted butter, oats and maple syrup.
Step 7
Spoon the crumble onto the apple and carrot mixture.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with greek yogurt or ricotta.
