Instructions

Step 1
Slice all the veg into large chunks and chuck them into the slow cooker
Step 2
Add the stock cubes and water and leave to cook on high for approx. 3 and half hours
Step 3
Blend thoroughly
Step 4
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or suitable for freezing (without milk and cheese)
Step 5
Add the cheese, milk and nutmeg, heat through and serve. (if too thick, add water to desired consistency)
