Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a little olive oil, add the chorizo, and fry until golden.
Step 2
Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the garlic, followed by thyme.
Step 3
Stir in the beans and season well with salt and pepper. Cook for a few mins to warm through.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes a few tablespoons of the oil they came in. Stir well to combine.
