Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta.
Step 2
Sear corn 3/4ths of the way then add tomatoes. Cook til soft and pull off heat
Step 3
Warm (not boil) half & half. Add cheeses and seasonings til melted and combined. Consistency should be thick enough to coat spoon. If too thick, add more half & half. If too thin, add more cheese.
Step 4
Combine and serve.
