Instructions
Step 1
Add the chocolate to a heatproof bowl and place in the microwave for intervals of 10 seconds. Stir in-between each time frame, making sure that chocolate doesn't stick to the bowl.
Step 2
Keep microwaving in short intervals until the chocolate has melted and no lumps remain. Be careful not to overheat. Once melted, cool to 90ºF (32ºC).
Step 3
Add in the chocolate to your swiss meringue buttercream frosting, and whip on high until well-incorporated.
Step 4
Place into a piping bag, and decorate your cake! Enjoy :)
