Instructions
Step 1
Cut 500g of beef steaks into strips. Chop and peel garlic + onions and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Toss and lightly coat the steak strips with a mixture of 1/3 cup flour and a teaspoon of paprika.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into pan and brown the steak strips, then set aside.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of oil into pan and add the onions and garlic. Cook until onions become soft.
Step 5
Then add sliced mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft.
Step 6
Return the beef into the pan, and add in the white wine, stock, Worcestershire sauce and Vegemite.
Step 7
Bring just to the boil and stirring often, to allow the sauce to combine well and thicken, and become hot.
Step 8
Turn off heat and add in the sour cream and mix well. Serve on pasta and sprinkle with coriander or parsley.
